What is tele-rehab?

Tele-rehab is an online virtual session with a physiotherapist or kinesiologist over a video platform that enables treatment remotely.

How does it work?

1. If you have never logged into the online waiting room before take a moment to do so before your appointment

2. Use a Chrome or Safari web browser

3. Ensure you are in a quiet environment free from distraction and interruption

4. Select a well lit room so your therapist can clearly see you and your actions

5. You may be asked to demonstrate exercises and movements so be sure to have space to move around 

6. Log into this appointment with the mindset you would have as if you were going to your physiotherapy clinic
